I provide a no cost brief telephone (5-10 minutes) chat to discuss your needs and what can be expected from therapy.
- This conversation will allow you to find out more about me and how I work so that you have a good sense of how we can work together.
- Then our first session will be an assessment discussing what brings you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it.
- I am committed to providing Counselling and Psychotherapy in a warm, safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment.
- I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities.
- People come to see me to gain support in working through, managing an understanding their distress so that they can embrace healthier and more authentic ways of engaging with themselves and others which can open them up to opportunities for experiencing optimum wellbeing.

My training, work experience and any achievement

- Bachelor of Arts degree, major in Psychology.
- Conversion Diploma in Psychology for Graduates.
- Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy
- Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy

- I have been working in the field of Counselling since 2007.
- I have previously worked in the field of social care, mainly in the area of children and families.
- I am a qualified integrative counselling psychologist and psychotherapist holding membership with the BPS and UKCP and therefore abide by their Code of Ethics.
- I have qualifications in Complementary therapies such as Energy Wisdom (Reiki and Vortex energies), Meditation and Sound Therapy.

Rates
- Counselling: £160.00 per 50 minutes
- Psychotherapy: £160.00 per 50 minutes
- Energy Psychotherapy (involves the use of somatic and cognitive methods in psychotherapy): £300.00 per 90 minutes
- Parenting support: £150.00 per 50 minutes
- Sound Therapy: £140.00 per 1hr
- Energy Wisdom: £120.00 per 1hr

- I believe that honesty and trust are key qualities in a therapeutic relationship.
- Should you then choose to engage in therapy, we will agree an initial timeframe to work towards and review your progress regularly.
- All therapy sessions are currently held online.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer 48 prior to your session.
